Looking for something new for dinner? Try this fresh and easy slow cooker cranberry orange chicken!
Its that time of the year again… that crazy time of year. We are all fully immersed in the business of fall, from school, to work, to extra curriculars, we just run run run.
My fall is especially crazy, as I am preparing to move to a new city ten days before Christmas! As I prepare for the transition I am conscious of not getting overwhelmed and letting my favorite parts of the season pass me by. It is this mindset that inspired this yummy recipe.
My slow cooker has become my best friend lately, allowing me to spend less time in the kitchen. I love being able to just throw everything in the pot, turn it on and walk away.
This recipe combines a couple of my favorite flavors of the fall, but in a unique way, perfect for a simple weeknight dinner.
This dish is not overly sweet. The cranberry sauce combined with the chicken and onions gives this dish a delightfully sweet. It’s also savory, leaving you satisfied.
Food is such an important part of life. It allows us to celebrate, come together with family and friends, heal, grow and take time to relax.
So, no matter what craziness life throws your way today, take the time to enjoy your favorite flavors of the season with people you love.
